Unlike some Italian-made arms with no dedicated local contact, Chaparral's warranty is honored and service is performed—right here in the USA.

Charter Arms, an American company since the 1960s, stands behind each Chaparral firearm sold in the U.S. All warranty service and repairs are done in Charter’s facility in Shelton, Connecticut.
